would think that I am a single mom but

really i’m not i just do a lot of extra

tasks with my kids so um the most

exciting thing about me and my pink hair

is i feel like i’m still in my 20s but i

have an 18 year old so it’s it’s kind of

a hard dynamic plan I when were you know

I feel like I’m young and it matches my

personality i mean when i went pink it

just fits everything about me and just

like ads to who i am and and matches me

talk to I love people and so it attracts

business okay so the way that I work and

the way that I’ve worked I’ve been an

entrepreneur for 19 years and so I

decided that I could either go to school

and go into debt or it could be an
03:53
entrepreneur and go into debt and so i

told i chose tough to and decided I was

gonna figure it out myself and so I

decided to learn those skills learn what

talents I had and kind of go out to the

marketplace and see what was what i

could sell right who I could help how I

could do that and so I am after 19 years

we’ve owned a franchise and we’ve done

all these different kinds of things and

so then um because I’m an army wife we

travel

we move around a lot and I needed to

have an online business so that was when

we moved to Japan I was personal trainer

in holistic health coach and I had to
04:30
figure out how I could reach people in

America and Facebook was just coming out

with their groups so I started learning

just how to run groups and so that over
04:39
the last couple years I’ve just like run

groups and then I have built my own
04:43
health coaching practice I have a really
04:46
great community that I run and I have a
04:49
book coming out and so those types
04:50
things are fun but what why clickfunnels

that just it’s the most insane story

it’s like part of my I’m actually

filming a documentary next weekend and

like such a part of this like legacy

because I was building on different

platforms I was I’ve been trying to

build funnels for a year two or three

years I’m different platforms and my

links never worked and then nobody ever

got to think you paid and I get was a

mess right and so I was really great of

launching and creating products and

serving people but it never worked and

I’ve spent tons of money taking courses

and I just needed something simple that

could really get me going with all my

products that I already happened so then

somebody said to me ah why don’t you

listen to me i told you about

I said okay like I’m going to try this

thing out so then that’s what happened

as i did my first launch with a book and

it was a JV a product and we sold like

500 books in two weeks and I’d like and

it was hooked to like a $37 upgrade and

it was just a massive launch and I

wasn’t prepared for it because literally

I hadn’t thought about how we’re gonna

ship like 500 books oh that was on the

other end but we were like okay next

time we’re gonna figure this out right

it was massive and then I you know right

after that I launched my high-end

coaching and i launched my continuity

funnel right and so I was launching all

these things and so then I was like I’m

actually pretty good at this like

feel like I’m actually pretty good at

this and a lot of people were saying

well like how do I do this like how do i

set this up like I want to do what

you’re doing and knowing that I’ve done

it I’ve really been able to help people

like you said in lots of different areas

so in network marketing that’s why i am

in utah right now at the doterra

convention um being helped coach

personal trainers being able to do

online marketing like being able to be I

do a lot of spiritual coaching and I do

a lot of spiritual coaching so being

able to do I’m like from the inside

right like I know every pain point that

I’ve gone through to get things online

and so then everybody that has worked

with me that we’ve gone to school

together we’ve done all these

certifications together they’re not

making any money and I’ve been making

money but now now which changes i have

more time with my family I’m not I work

a lot because I love to work and then I

just create more funnels because I love

to work but I I can have more time

freedom when I choose to because of the

systems that and so that’s why I had

asked somebody I said is there a

was only at funnel hacker and my husband

had just got home from deployment he’d

been gone a year and so I didn’t get to

go to fund a hacker lab and so I was

like oh then well I guess I’ll just wait

until next year and then I got the email

and the second I got the email I was

like I was the easiest sell you know I

was like I was calling man like i was

and then when I talked to Randall I said

long of a program and I said how

and I need I like that and he said well

like you know we’re not gonna be on your

i need somebody on my back right and so

then when we got in the program and i

really want everybody to win there’s

some amazing people in the certification

program and it was just another space

that I could kind of show up there and

just remind people like everything’s

possible you know like

there’s so many people that we just have

to think of it a different way and we

just have to be a little bit you know

change their perspective and then it

everything starts to kind of roll so

now that’s what i’m doing is I have my

full practice my full health coaching

practice I actually hired for coaches to

work with me because we have a huge year

that is my book comes out in January and

so that will be exciting on that front

and then being able to help people with

funnels and doing just kind of the same

thing I do a lot of lifestyle people

that actually want to be online they

want to be able to create communities

tribes behind them and create a

lifestyle and show people exactly how to

do it as they live their life so those

are the type of people I usually help is

the ones that are building those

lifestyle brands that take their face

you know take every their whole life and

me I one of the things that I’ve always

loved about you is you have that ability

couple of tips or tricks for people to

overcome when if you like get too much

on your plate but you have that big goal

out there that big dream that you’re

trying to get to how do you get rid of

all the other clutter in your life and

still accomplish that with that well

still being a good mom and still being a
11:21
friend and everything else how do you do

that yeah so the most important thing to

me is being a mom and wife is a sacred

responsibility to me and so that’s
11:29
number one and so the as a mom and a
11:32
wife we have Family Council and we
11:34
decide what it looks like for mom’s job

this is what it looks like they know
11:39
they know the joy that it brings me they
11:42
know that I’m happier when I can work

they know I’m happier when I’m out

serving when I’m out traveling and
11:48
meeting strangers they know that like
11:50
feels my heart and so they it’s good for

them right the mom is happy and so we go

through that process of what that looks

like for you we go through the process

of what that looks like for them in

their lives what their goals are right

how many the girls that are 9 and 11

like they have soccer I’m a soccer mom

they they love to read they have
12:11
homework all that kind of stuff so we

look at the whole family when dad’s

gonna be home when he’s gonna be away

and all that kind of stuff and we are so

scheduled to get it all in and then we

make sure that we’re scheduling down

time we make sure that we’re scheduling

we love to travel so we travel at least

somewhere once a month and just make

sure that we’re having not time together

and then everything else is when I am

working I’m working and when I am not

working it’s off and it’s family time

and so I actually have my bracelet i

posted about it the other day so i have

this bracelet that we started to wear um

that when i have it on they know i’m on

phone calls because I my coaching

practices is like waiting list and so a

lot of times I’m doing coaching calls

while they’re doing homework and so if i

have my bracelet on they know that they
13:06
can’t be like mom are you want to on the

phone again hey phone yeah we talked

about this schedule oh right and so the

bracelets been something that we’ve
13:17
mented now that they’re older that they
13:19
can just say Oh mom has her work

bracelet on it’s kind of like my mr.

when I have like a certain slaughter on

are certain shoes on like they know i’m

at work when i change like they know I

at home so that’s kind of how I balance

that but I i am so clear on what i want

and i think that my family so clear on

what we want that as soon as we if we
13:43
ever get unclear that then knots when

things get scattered that’s when like

nobody’s finishing anything and that’s
13:49
why we’re like procrastinating and we
13:51
don’t know why we’re not hitting goals

but when we’re very clear we’re I’m not
13:58
competitive because I want everybody to
13:59
win but actually a click funnel and

employs dance like I’m actually gonna
14:04
win they’re like life that’s being
14:06
competitive well but I want you guys to
14:10
win too but being very clear on what you
14:14
want and what those deadlines and what
14:17
needs to be done and then holding it

having that integrity of just like I

sacrifice a lot throughout time because

I’m I know what’s on the other side like
14:29
I know I don’t watch TV and I know that
14:34
the sacrifice of not watching TV is
14:36
worth it because I gained five hours of
14:39
time that most people would be watching

TV right like I just that’s been the one

thing that it’s just for years and years

like I just don’t do because I’d rather

work and fill my soul and serve people
14:50
and do all that kind of stuff so those

types of things I just always make sure

that I’m super clear on what I want my

family’s clear and what we want and then

we have the integrity to go to go for it

and keep those boundaries of like this

is what we’re doing like no matter what

no matter what i love that that clearly

to you last week about one of the

year-long that was getting Steve cubbies

whole idea as far as one of the big

rocks in your jar for

good night while rocks and you get all

the sand and the rocks everything is

launching put those big boulders in

first hard part is young deals with all

the little tiny Sam pieces and there’s

no room for the boulders or for the most

things in your life so I think I’ve seen

you do that multiple times and I think

it’s very very awesome trait I’ve like

to kind of jump off to an area that you

made mention just briefly matt is yeah

you’re you love coaching and you’re a

great coach put you’ve now hired four

coaches and that’s one of the hardest

things for a lot of business owners who

are their brand and we have a lot of
15:52
entrepreneurs who are the codes there

the consultant of the author and they’re
15:56
trying to find some way of getting to
15:58
that next level and it’s really scary

for a lot of people that they I can’t
16:03
how can I trust them to be me and if you
16:07
don’t want just kind of talk about how
16:08
did you hire the floor and more
16:10
importantly how do you make sure those
16:11
four people are given the same passion
16:15
and excitement and content to your other

people yeah so this was my biggest thing

that I knew I had to do to go next level

like I knew because I’ve stretched so

much we’re gonna do seven figures next

year and I knew being a one-person show

just isn’t gonna cut it anymore I just

knew that this is like I’m already crazy

town and I don’t want to do that and I
16:39
want to be able to continue to serve and
16:40
so me to be able to continue to serve I

had to get help and so what I did is I

made a list this is how it worked for me

I made a list of everything that I
16:50
needed help with and I I’m so then I

prayed about it and I just thought I’m

gonna attract that I’m gonna make sure

that I’m looking for people to have

these skills and so it took me two or

three months I think it took me like 10

weeks over time and I would when I found

somebody I would ask for referrals who

do you know a lot I put out applications

and it didn’t work for me because people

that were applying they loved my brand

and they just kind of wanted to be their

heart wasn’t in it and so the intent was

not great and so um so that’s the way I

did it and so I would ask people for

like who do you know that would be

amazing that would be able to help me

like who do you know that I could spend

time with and then I went I’m an energy

person it was huge to me and I know it

sounds whoo hoo but it’s huge to me to

be able to sit with somebody and if they

don’t get me they’re not gonna get my

business like if they don’t get me they
17:55
are gonna run crying and feel like you

are out of control you do this is crazy

and so when I finally was interviewing

people and found that there are people

that have different skills than me that

can actually balance me out which is

really good I had served people in a
18:15
different way because I can only

communicate to so many people in the

same way right and so finding people

that could communicate a little bit

differently to be able to attract and

serve people differently was really
18:28
important to me so then just on the

interview process and then I actually

gave them two weeks of trying it out and

this is what it’s going to look like I

actually told my community these people

these people are trying to sell for two

weeks do you like them give us feedback

and I told them they have to be open
18:48
because it’s a lifestyle brand they have
18:50
to be open for people to tell them what
18:53
they think because we never let it hurt

our feelings but we always get me back
18:58
right and so then we get you don’t have

to be open to feedback if you do

lifestyle brown so and then I found

before that we’re a perfect fit one of

them she has been with me for two years

since I started this brand and she buys

every single project product of mine

she’s been so much fun yeah my coaching

and she’s um she tells people about me

she’s my best affiliate she just can’t

stop telling people that how it changed

your life and all that kind of stuff so

that helps when you have somebody like

that like it was an automatic like well

of course I want her I want her to be

part of the team and for her I sent her

through like the digital marketer

programs in the spring so she knew a

little bit about the marketing to be

able to help me there too so yeah so

that’s kind of how I found I just being

very specific on who I

needed and what they needed to bring to

the table was very what’s very big to me

because it it’s like it’s my heart it’s

the way I served and I don’t want

anybody to tarnish um to tarnish that so

be life-changing for every single one of

wanted to see like how they act without

that energy you know anything so it was

that’s kind of our agreement and how it

was gonna how it’s gonna look and are

you willing to serve you know cuz i want

people that are in it cuz their hearts

in it not just because they’re getting

think the key there is they had to

didn’t make it so how many she saw what

to get down to so I started with ice I

ended up I think 15 people went through

the process some people didn’t even make

it past like day two you know they were

you know they’re there they weren’t even

how they normally were like they came to

the brand they’re like I don’t know what

be doing like stay on brand you know

about like there’s no problem staying on

brand and talking about it and you know

delivering content so um and I give a

lot of freedom you know to be able to

deliver the way you want and so there’s

a lot of people that didn’t make it and

there’s a lot of people that you know

they would just ask you know so when

this is over you know what’s the pay

gonna be like and they you know they

just kept you know or can I promote my

my product ya know you actually can

promote me product because to my

audience whoa but I could build you a

funnel and help you build a life sale if

it but the ones that did i’m super

excited and i knew a lot of them one of

them she actually she just moved into my

area and I don’t do things locally very

often because I travel so much and do so

much online and so that was really fun

to have somebody local move in and and

get to know her here’s how are these

yeah and the contractors are they last

call me actually the way we set it up is

a profit share oh really get so they get

um like a base and then they get profit

share because next year is there’s gonna

be a lot of growth but it’s a lot of

work and so um they know that the more
23:47
they work and the harder we work for the
23:50
brand the more they’re gonna get back so

yeah so are they on the signature or is

it no longer works yeah so a profit sure

some of them cuz um one of them she’s

only working part-time and so she’s at

five percent right which is really

actually pretty great at with the

grandson of your debt ridden uh-huh and

but then when he’s add the co-author of

the book and he’s writing a lot of

content we’re going to do workshops and

stuff like that and so he’s obviously at

a higher percentage and then the other

one she’s going to do different tasks so

she’s a different so we just kind of

went by what task what everybody’s kind

of kind of put into it as far as energy

time that kind of stuff and then how

equals energy output as far as

percentage so yeah so it’s going to work
