(calm music)

00:07

  • Hey, this is Russell Brunson, and right now I’m in Fiji.

00:10

I’m in Namale.

00:11

So what we’re doing on this trip, this is actually

00:15

the affiliate prize for the mastermind.com launch

00:17

which was literally the biggest launch in the history

00:19

of the Internet as far as we know.

00:20

Close to $40,000,000 in sales over like a week

00:22

and a half period of time which is crazy,

00:25

and so the top 10 affiliates all got a ticket to come here

00:27

and spend the week in Fiji together.

00:33

  • You guys either did this because you just had faith in us,

00:35

not because of previous numbers.

00:37

It was a whole new world, a whole new genre,

00:40

a whole new product.

00:41

Some of you were just dear friends and like I just want

00:45

to say how much we both appreciate this,

00:48

and I appreciate that you guys went in blind

00:51

and got so behind this, this mission and this passion

00:57

Tony and I have in this.

00:59

So I just want to tell you it’s really cool to be here

01:01

after just a whiteboard discussion and a desire

01:05

to help make self-education a new norm,

01:07

and I knew I couldn’t do it without really great

01:10

strategic partners and you guys are the partners.

01:12

So thank you so much, we’re truly grateful.

01:15

Let’s have a great five days.

01:17

(cheering)

01:19

(singing and clapping)

01:58

  • Tony likes to start every event with a physical stretch.

02:02

Anybody walk on fire?

02:03

How many walk on fire?

02:04

Great, you’re only born with two human fears.

02:07

You were born with a fear of loud noises.

02:10

Second fear you’re born with is a fear of heights,

02:14

and every other fear you have was learnt.

02:16

There’s candles on your table right now.

02:18

You’re scared of them 'cause they’re hot,

02:20

but you learned that fear of heat.

02:22

If you got a kid that’s two or four years old,

02:25

they’re scared of the dark.

02:26

At under two, they’re not scared of the dark

02:28

'cause they haven’t learnt that yet.

02:31

At eight or 10, they’ve unlearnt that fear.

02:33

The fears we have about am I good enough, tall enough,

02:36

skinny enough, smart enough, pretty enough, rich enough,

02:39

all of those fears are learnt,

02:40

but the other fear you’re born with is fear of heights.

02:43

Everybody has it.

02:44

And so we’re gonna go climb some poles tomorrow,

02:46

and do some cool stuff.

02:47

  • [Man] All right.

02:48

  • That’s all I’ve got.

02:50

  • That was kinda vague on what the poles and rope thing is.

02:52

(laughing)

02:56

  • [Man] Get yourselves in a circle,

02:57

we’re gonna conspire to beat the other team,

02:59

to be quicker, to have more fun, to have more energy,

03:02

to be more inspired.

03:03

Energy.

03:05

In your business, if you bring energy and passion

03:08

to your business does it change the game?

03:09

Yes or no?

03:10

  • [Crowd] Yes.

03:11

  • If you’re standing here like “Holy (beep)”,

03:13

that’s probably not the right energy you need

03:15

to bring to this experience.

03:17

In almost all of life, and I learned this from Tony,

03:19

if you bring a sense of fun and possibility

03:22

to anything you do, can you guys make anything happen?

03:24

Yes or no?

03:25

  • [Crowd] Yes.

03:26

  • So get with your team.

03:27

In your team I’m gonna direct,

03:28

so get in a quick circle right now.

03:29

(clapping and chanting)

03:34

  • Let’s go baby, give me a jump!

03:37

(yelling)

03:39

(intense music)

03:43

  • I’m so internally petrified right now.

03:46

(intense music)

03:49

  • Oh, one step at a time, these are wobbly.

03:52

(intense music)

04:07

  • [Man] And look he can make it from there.

04:09

  • [Man] Step on that pole maybe!

04:10

  • [Man] Step up.

04:12

  • [Man] Let’s go!

04:13

  • Easy, let’s go!

04:14

(yelling)

04:16

  • This is easy!

04:20

  • Funnily enough, some people,

04:21

when they get on top of the pole,

04:23

they see the trapeze,

04:25

and they think "Oh what I’m supposed to do

04:27

is catch the trapeze".

04:30

Some people in life are chasing things

04:32

that they didn’t put in front of them,

04:34

somebody else put in front of them.

04:37

So if you get to the top of the pole,

04:38

and you decide based on where you’re at

04:40

in your life right now that you need to stretch,

04:42

and you need to push, and you need

04:44

to strive toward something, great, go get the trapeze.

04:48

  • Ready, alive, alert, and enthusiastic.

04:50

(intense music)

04:52

  • Okay, six and seven should be getting geared up.

04:54

  • Oh, I’m six.

04:56

  • But for some of you, you’ve already mastered

04:58

the science of achievement.

05:00

How many of you have mastered

05:01

the science of getting (beep) done?

05:02

How many are gonna get (beep) done, raise your hand.

05:04

So why are you here?

05:05

For some of you, the bigger challenge will be

05:08

to climb to the top of the pole,

05:10

find your balance, do something extraordinary, watch this,

05:13

do this, go (inhales), look at the view,

05:18

and just take a damn moment in your life.

05:22

Does that make sense?

05:23

For some of you that’s your challenge.

05:25

And maybe not catch the trapeze, but do this.

05:29

(laughing)

05:31

(intense music)

05:32

Let come up whatever needs to come up.

05:34

There’s no right or wrong, there’s no perfect,

05:36

there’s no do over, but have a beautiful experience.

05:39

(cheering)

05:44

  • Am I the last one?

05:45

(laughing)

05:47

  • [Man] Oh look at that shot, that’s professional.

05:49

(cheering)

05:50

  • [Man] Oh, he landed it!

05:52

The only one who landed it!

05:56

  • How many of you enjoyed being supported by your team?

05:58

(cheering and clapping)

06:00

And I think that’s the key lesson, I think Tony,

06:02

of all the things he teaches, nothing of significance

06:05

in life is ever going to happen without a team.

06:07

(upbeat music)

06:11

  • Sometimes life is only fun if you do it

06:13

with some other folks and you can cheer about it.

06:15

(overlapped talking)

06:19

(soft music)

06:22

  • Praise the Lord, hallelujah.

06:24

So when we look around, hallelujah,

06:25

we thank the Lord for everything that’s surrounding us.

06:27

  • Amen.

06:29

Meeting my wife was my first prayer,

06:29

and amen, hallelujah, come on!

06:32

Hallelujah!

06:33

(upbeat music)

06:40

  • That’s right.

06:41

  • [Man] That thing is a monster out there.

06:42

(upbeat music)

06:55

  • [Man] Do you ever feel like you’re in the dark (laughing).

06:58

(overlapped yelling)

07:05

(chirping)

07:09

  • Like we really believe the tide lifts all boats.

07:12

He’s had, Tony’s had 20 more years than me,

07:14

I don’t pretend that I’m on the same level as Tony,

07:16

but second to Tony has not been many people longer than me,

07:19

and done the revenue I do, so between the two of us,

07:21

I think when we’re dead someday and in 40 years

07:24

they’re gonna be like "Remember when that shift happened

07:26

where people decided it was okay not to go to college,

07:29

and it was okay to do this", right?

07:31

So everybody says “You guys did that in 13 days”,

07:34

I said that last night, it’s the truth.

07:35

It took us 60 years to figure out how to do

07:37

40 million in two weeks.

07:39

You know?

07:40

But what I’d love to know,

07:41

and Tony asked me this last night,

07:42

he goes "Did you ask them 'What more could we do

07:44

for this group to help you guys

07:46

when we launch in February?’"

07:48

Cause you guys, you guys really worked hard for us,

07:51

and we appreciate it,

07:52

and there’s a couple things we’re doing.

07:54

This year besides Tony’s dedicated to do more podcasts

07:58

than he’s ever done.

07:59

I’m gonna fly around the country

08:01

and do a podcast with everybody I possibly can.

08:03

We’re also doing something,

08:04

Tony’s got the best PR lady on the planet.

08:05

We’re gonna spend a (beep) ton of money,

08:07

I kept talking about omnipresent during the launch,

08:10

and we hit that just like you wanna do

08:11

with your book launch.

08:13

We had eleven hundred affiliates,

08:14

every feed you went on Facebook, didn’t even matter if you,

08:18

every feed, everything was about KBB,

08:20

every podcast that launched was about KBB.

08:22

Every ad, it was just, it was unbelievable.

08:25

This year we’re gonna put in the element,

08:27

and we’re probably gonna spend

08:29

half a million bucks on straight PR.

08:31

Get on the cover of Fast Company,

08:33

get on the cover of Inc, get on the cover of Success.

08:35

We’re strategizing that right now, and the cool part,

08:37

Tony has access to all of that and they all want it anyway.

08:40

So we’ll be on the cover of everything,

08:43

and it’s all gonna come out in February.

08:44

Tony’s so emotionally invested.

08:45

He’s in the Facebook group non-stop

08:47

reading all these positive comments,

08:48

The software, we got, we’re spending,

08:51

I think we just got the bill,

08:53

the estimate is gonna be 620 grand on the software alone,

08:56

to build out all these great features,

08:58

that I would want to use for an X level.

09:00

So we’re gonna have a great story on how we upgraded.

09:02

We’re gonna have, we’ll be 25,000 people strong

09:05

by the time we launch.

09:07

But I just would love to know what we could do for you guys,

09:09

if there’s anything we could do to help you guys.

09:10

You were there for us, we wanna give back to you.

09:12

But anyway, just remember to keep freaking,

09:17

wherever you are just keep pushing the notch up.

09:20

And, again, we were talking yesterday and I meant that,

09:23

if you feel that you’re a lifestyle entrepreneur,

09:26

it makes no difference, sometimes I feel obsessive,

09:29

like every time I get to a certain point,

09:31

I couldn’t spend the money I have for the rest of my life.

09:33

I should be done, and I still,

09:35

I work like I’m a 20 year old and hungry.

09:38

I do, because I’m an achievement based entrepreneur,

09:40

I just wanna keep growing and achieving.

09:42

I have friends that I love dearly that make

09:44

two and a half million dollars a year,

09:46

and they don’t need a dollar more, they love their life,

09:48

they golf four times a day or they do

09:50

all the things they do.

09:51

For me, as long as I can be a good husband, a good dad,

09:53

make an impact on the world, the rest of my time,

09:57

I wanna just keep growing.

09:58

But maybe I’m obsessive, maybe Tony’s obsessive.

10:01

Maybe half of you are obsessive.

10:03

Just identify either,

10:04

and if you’re a lifestyle entrepreneur,

10:06

then do everything in your power to anchor in

10:08

the right people, the SOP’s, know your KPI’s,

10:11

be able to look in a glance to be sure your company’s going,

10:13

and go travel the world.

10:15

Maybe be lifestyle entrepreneur until you have kids,

10:17

and then you go accomplishment based.

10:19

Just know that difference because a lot of this conversation

10:22

for someone like maybe where you’re at Jenn

10:24

is like "I don’t wanna do all that crazy (beep),

10:26

I don’t want 200 employees, I don’t want a jet,

10:28

I just want to make 2 million bucks a year"

10:30

and that’s great, and once you identify that then you know.

10:33

All right guys.

10:34

Hey, I appreciate you guys, thank you.

10:36

(clapping)

10:39

  • It’s kava time.

10:41

(overlapped chatter)

10:42

  • So once again, welcome to kava night, here at Namale.

10:44

Kava is a traditional drink here in Fiji.

10:48

It’s a non-alcoholic drink.

10:50

It relaxes the muscles, you’ll sleep like a rock,

10:53

but you don’t have any hangovers having kava.

10:56

After they put the kava into your kava cup,

11:00

you drink the whole thing.

11:01

And after you drink, you clap three times.

11:04

Remember to clap after you drink.

11:07

If you won’t clap, there’s a couple securities around,

11:10

they’ll give you a penalty bowl.

11:13

See who can show us the penalty bowl.

11:18

(laughing)

11:24

(singing)

11:33

  • We got to be in Tony’s home, and his personal like world.

11:38

And one thing he wanted me to share,

11:40

and I want to share with you guys.

11:41

You got access to a part of Tony

11:43

that the world doesn’t usually get.

11:46

(guitar strums)

11:48

So take that as a really great compliment

11:52

for him to feel that comfortable.

11:54

(singing and strumming)

11:57

Keep it with us so we can have another great year

11:59

like this next year.

12:01

That sound good?

12:02

(clapping)

12:02

Thank you guys, let’s have an amazing night.

12:03

We still got three more days!
