00:18
Dave Woodward with funnel hacker radio I
00:20
am super super super excited today
00:22
because you have the opportunity of
00:23
hearing from a guy who has kind of been
00:25
blowing up Facebook everywhere and this
00:27
is luhley Easter low Lily welcome hey
00:30
hey thanks for having me on a shelf babe
00:33
it’s so funny cuz you you know you’re
00:36
posting there as far as some of your
00:37
stats and some things you were doing is
00:38
with your funnels and everyone’s like
00:40
well I’ll tell me more tell me more tell
00:41
me more and I was super excited to be
00:43
able to kind of have the reveal happen
00:46
here on our podcast and other people are
00:47
probably gonna hear about it before the
00:48
sakic airs but I’m really excited for
00:50
all that you’ve been doing you’ve been
00:51
one of our certified partners you’ve
00:53
been a guy who I have been so impressed
00:56
to see your organization and how
00:59
thorough you think through your funnels
01:00
it’s just amazing I mean just a awesome
01:03
awesome opportunity to have a have a
01:05
basic kind of go through some of this
01:07
stuff so only if you don’t mind let’s
01:08
kind of dive right in and tell people a
01:10
little bit about yourself and we’ll go
01:11
from there yeah no I so appreciate the
01:14
opportunity to share some of our
01:17
insights from our recent launch I
01:18
definitely love to click funnels tribe
01:20
and you know share some of the insights
01:23
so actually I grew up in Germany and I
01:26
always loved building stuff assembling
01:29
creating and so in 1998 I started that
01:33
came to the US and in 1998 I started a
01:35
web design company building websites for
01:38
entrepreneurs businesses and
01:40
universities and you know all kinds of
01:43
cool projects including a website for
01:46
the CIA ski commander in the hunt for
01:49
bin Laden so I saw a lot of different
01:52
stuff did ecommerce and then in 2013 I
01:55
realized the value of being a marketing
01:58
technologist so somebody that can merge
02:01
marketing strategy and sale psychology
02:03
with hardcore tech execution and
02:06
building and optimizing funnels and as
02:09
you said you know I was I think I was
02:11
the third person to sign up as a click
02:13
funnels
02:14
a certified consultants well I’m really
02:17
excited for all that you’ve been doing
02:18
it’s it’s fun for me we’ve got a lot of
02:20
mutual friends I saw you over to Keith
02:22
yaki’s the amplifi event I’ve seeing you
02:24
literally every time I see you in your
02:27
somewhere traveling around the world
02:28
with your wife having fun enjoying the
02:31
internet marketing lifestyle but the
02:34
part I really love seeing is how
02:36
involved you are in so many different
02:37
masterminds organizations and always
02:40
always given you are such a giver of
02:42
teaching people exactly what you’re
02:43
doing obviously doing a lot right now in
02:45
the health practitioner world so let’s
02:47
kind of dive in talk a little bit about
02:48
the success you’re having and and what
02:50
you’re doing it’s working yeah so this
02:53
particular campaign that I posted on
02:55
Facebook about what’s one for a space
02:59
that’s of the integrative health
03:01
practitioner space so these are a
03:02
doctors that doctors massage therapists
03:06
acupuncturists chiropractors people that
03:09
can’t rely on insurance to get patients
03:11
so they really have to do a cash model
03:14
and as a result of that they really have
03:16
to amp up their marketing and figure out
03:18
how do I get a consistent flow of leads
03:20
how to nurture them up and turn them
03:23
into patients and so this is where
03:25
funnels and you know marketing education
03:28
is so sorely needed now I’m amazing I
03:33
mean ya know you’d never think of a
03:35
doctor or massage therapist as a person
03:37
who’s basically needs a funnel because
03:38
you know a lot of people think that
03:40
they’re covered through insurance I
03:41
think the key there is the fact that
03:43
most of these are not and I think that’s
03:44
awesome how you’re really helping build
03:46
their business yeah and what really
03:48
kills me is that these doctors or
03:50
practitioners has spent 10,000 hours 200
03:53
grand into their clinical education and
03:55
they they really know their stuff but
03:57
they have barely scratched the surface
03:59
on entrepreneurial skills and you know
04:01
what good is all your clinical knowledge
04:03
if your practice goes under and goes
04:06
bankrupt right these guys are working 80
04:08
90 hours a week trying to make it work
04:11
and you know automation and marketing is
04:13
really the missing piece just if you
04:16
think about as a doctor they probably
04:18
have to teach something to that patient
04:20
and probably eighty percent of what they
04:22
tell to say it to a patient is the same
04:25
thing for every patient so it just
04:27
why they would repeat this one and one
04:29
and really be inefficient with that time
04:32
when all this should be loaded into an
04:34
indoctrination sequence indoctrination
04:36
sequence we really say why cash-only is
04:41
the way to go and that they can’t get
04:43
these service anywhere else and then
04:44
when they meet with a patient they have
04:46
a pre-qualified patient that knows what
04:48
what’s up and the doctor can really
04:51
listen to the patient and I think that’s
04:53
what patient really wanted a doctor that
04:55
listens to them so for the doctor
04:57
feeling like I have to cram all this
04:59
education stuff into this one-on-one
05:01
interaction is just so wrong I think
05:04
that’s really cool that I think most
05:06
people don’t understand the importance
05:07
of funnel is that indoctrination
05:10
sequence because there’s a lot of
05:12
businesses that they do the same type of
05:14
thing where they repeat over and over
05:16
and over again the exact same message
05:17
and there’s nothing better than
05:19
perfecting a message one time and given
05:21
it all the exact same way over and over
05:23
again through a funnel that’s you’ve
05:24
done a great job at that yeah and you
05:27
know the one thing in this healing and
05:28
integrative health space is you know
05:30
these people consider themselves healer
05:32
so sales and marketing is like the money
05:35
discussion this is like there cringing I
05:38
mean I cringing about it probably more
05:40
than the patient that has to pay the
05:41
bill and so you know this so if they go
05:44
into the appointment and then there’d
05:46
Redding’s of the last 10 minutes of the
05:48
discussion talking about money when as
05:51
you said record it once nail it put your
05:54
best foot forward and then let
05:56
automation and and your marketing system
05:58
handle this and you know you just tell
06:00
them in the in the discussion hey this
06:02
is how we roll you wouldn’t be here if
06:04
you didn’t know that you know this is
06:06
cash only that’s great but let’s not
06:09
jump into stuff like this launch I know
06:11
that’s what everybody wants to know
06:13
about so maybe from starting from the
06:16
back the product that we wanted to sell
06:19
at the end of this whole final was it a
06:21
three-thousand-dollar practice
06:23
accelerator so an online training
06:24
program self-guided for any health
06:28
practitioner to solve amp up their
06:30
skills in the area of practice
06:32
efficiency so what technology is to use
06:34
telemedicine etc second area was patient
06:37
education that we already talked about a
06:39
lot of use of auto risk
06:41
owners and indoctrination and finalists
06:43
and the last one is the patient
06:45
acquisition so how do you find these
06:47
patient in your local area get them on
06:49
your list nurture them and then turn
06:51
them into practitioners so we put this
06:54
program together and we actually one of
06:58
the key learning lessons that we figured
06:59
out is you gotta have a compelling
07:01
product so if your product is awesome
07:04
then people will want to buy it and so
07:06
we spend probably half a year figuring
07:08
out how can we make this awesome and so
07:10
we did a seat launch in April did
07:13
another pilot in June and so we knew
07:16
pretty well what the audience wanted and
07:18
then create it just that and you know as
07:21
part of these two pilots we interviewed
07:23
a lot of our participants had exit
07:26
interviews with everyone and that turned
07:29
into video testimonials that we then
07:30
used in the sales part of the launch
07:33
that is killer very very cool i think
07:36
most people don’t do all the research
07:38
that you continue to do i think that’s
07:40
happening how to knowledge helps a ton
07:42
and I think you know having the
07:44
confidence that we have a killer product
07:46
at the market not only once which is
07:48
obviously the most important part but
07:50
also needs and that is so from a moral
07:53
perspective taking the high ground
07:55
telling these practitioners look you
07:57
can’t argue with us you’ve spent twenty
07:59
thousand dollars on your clinical
08:01
education and you spend 10 hours on your
08:03
business training something is wrong
08:05
with this end that’s true and so from a
08:08
moral perspective everywhere I says you
08:10
are so damn right you know this is
08:12
exactly I need this and then the
08:14
discussion was really just helping them
08:17
get over this hurdle of spending another
08:19
three grand to really make their
08:22
previous education worth it that’s
08:25
awesome so kind of walk me through the
08:28
funnel and how to actually dance so what
08:30
we decided to do is we start with well
08:33
maybe I should start with a traffic
08:35
source you know when we thought about
08:36
how to sell this we considered Facebook
08:40
and we had so last year a couple of
08:41
Facebook campaigns to cold audiences but
08:45
it’s very hard to get these
08:46
practitioners to pay attention on
08:48
facebook and so our CPS were in the six
08:51
dollar and up range and so we knew
08:54
that wasn’t really going to work we
08:56
didn’t get the clicks and the volume
08:58
that we needed and so we had to turn to
09:00
affiliates now looking at affiliates who
09:04
has databases of customers of doctors
09:07
well the only ones that have it is
09:09
device makers medical supplement
09:12
companies you know medical technology
09:16
company so we said okay if we need
09:18
affiliates there’s no affiliates out on
09:20
the market that are peddling this so we
09:22
have to go to these companies and
09:24
convince them that affiliate marketing
09:26
is something that they should be doing
09:27
now how would you do this if you if
09:31
you’re so supplement company that has
09:33
never done anything in in the affiliate
09:34
space they don’t even know what
09:36
affiliate marketing is so convincing
09:38
them to send six to ten emails for
09:41
launch required some thinking and what
09:45
we really the key the learning lesson
09:46
there was like what would make an
09:48
affiliate wanna email especially a
09:50
skittish affiliate that has never done
09:52
this right has to be an elite magnet
09:54
that is so compelling and so on a moral
09:57
high ground that you know they just know
10:00
this can’t possibly blow up in my face
10:02
so they knew about the accelerated a new
10:04
the financial essential incentive
10:06
attached to it but for a lot of them it
10:08
really wasn’t what got them on board
10:10
what got them on board was our first
10:12
lead magnet which was this book 150 page
10:16
book a softcover that we gave away for
10:20
free and this book was sort of the
10:22
manifesto that was the battle cry for
10:26
you know all of you know chronic disease
10:29
can only be helped if we go into
10:31
integrative health and all these people
10:34
obviously all these supplement companies
10:35
they could only benefit from a larger
10:38
ecosystem for more doctors in this space
10:40
and so we really created a win-win where
10:42
they really said I’m happy to promote
10:44
this manifesto because this is what we
10:46
believe in we know our practitioners on
10:49
our customer database belief in it and
10:51
there’s no way we can look bad sending
10:54
this out and so that’s what we did for
10:56
plc one for the first opt-in we created
10:59
this kindle promotion so they opted it
11:01
in on our landing page they all got
11:04
tagged as referrals for affiliates and
11:06
on the thank you page
11:08
we have instructions essentially a video
11:11
at the top that told them Cliff Notes
11:12
version of the book and then below it
11:14
another video that told them go to
11:16
Amazon download the book it’s free this
11:19
week and that was the Kindle select
11:21
promotion for five days and that’s how
11:24
we were able to get over I think the
11:27
final tally was somewhere around 65,000
11:30
opt-ins over five days and the cool part
11:33
for for all the final hackers is the
11:36
first now you just rattle those numbers
11:38
off like it’s no big deal you said
11:40
65,000 opt-ins in five days yeah and a
11:43
lot of them were b2b leads right very
11:46
hard to come by and so the first three
11:50
thousand opt-ins were eighty-two percent
11:52
opt-in conversion and after all these
11:55
65,000 were done we were at seventy two
11:58
percent often conversion so even after
12:01
65,000 opt-ins you know this work like
12:04
gangbusters and we pretty much got
12:07
everyone on our list that we needed to
12:09
get on list it was really no stress that
12:11
the second and third lead magnet or the
12:13
second or third PLC pre-launch content
12:17
piece needed to perform because we
12:19
pretty much cleaned up on that first
12:21
go-around that is crazy crazy numbers
12:24
because your universe isn’t that large I
12:27
mean yeah it’s like you’ve got an
12:29
e-commerce type of opportunity this is
12:30
these are guys who are practitioners and
12:33
then needless to say we pixeled everyone
12:36
whether you opt in or not when you
12:39
opted-in off see you move to facebook
12:41
custom audiences and we did a lot of
12:43
segmentation so the most of the
12:46
affiliates that we work with we knew
12:48
they had practitioner only less so that
12:50
was pretty straightforward but there
12:53
were some affiliates that has of mixed
12:54
lists and and those affiliates the
12:56
initial email there were so if
12:58
segmentation happening directly in the
13:01
first email so there was a piece in
13:02
there hey if you’re a consumer you know
13:05
we have something very valuable for here
13:07
click here and then essentially that
13:08
click attacked as a consumer and then
13:11
anybody that clicked on the practitioner
13:13
piece hey we have this cool book for you
13:16
that you want to read you know dos got
13:18
tagged as as practitioners that was on
13:21
our list
13:22
and I’ve seen subsequent emails and then
13:24
when they came to the opt-in page we
13:26
collected first name email and had a
13:29
drop down with you are you a consumer or
13:31
are you a practitioner because we knew
13:34
that in order to keep some unsubscribes
13:36
& M spam complaints loan we needed to
13:39
have really good segmentation for the
13:41
sales part of the campaign so in this
13:43
first part of the launch you know while
13:45
it’s still appeal to consumers we really
13:47
wanted to make sure that we had
13:48
everybody tagged as a practitioner and
13:50
only those people then got the sales
13:52
portion of the launch that’s awesome
13:55
that is really really cool i love the
13:58
segmentation piece yeah and then it was
14:01
it was cool on the backend you know I
14:03
said initially we had sort of facebook
14:05
advertising once we had everyone pixels
14:07
we then obviously of ran additional
14:11
campaigns using a website custom
14:14
audiences and at that point created
14:17
lookalike audiences and we were able at
14:19
that point to get the CPA down to 99
14:22
cents so at that point even’s of
14:24
marketing too cold audiences that we
14:27
hadn’t targeted before suddenly work
14:29
because we just had the right lead
14:31
magnet in the right campaign that’s no
14:34
great that’s awesome another thing that
14:37
I may want to throw in head as a cool
14:39
trick a lot of us in this space you know
14:41
I know Robert cost burg is all about
14:43
self-publishing you know they’re
14:45
thinking about being a best seller is
14:47
important and I totally agree you know
14:50
being a best seller is giving you that
14:52
branding piece and then if you merged it
14:54
with a funnel piece you get the best of
14:56
both worlds so a lot of people think
14:59
about publishing their book and then
15:01
doing an Amazon bestseller campaign and
15:04
so this is exactly what we leveraged
15:06
here we sort of took that concept and
15:08
said hey everybody loves a free kindle
15:11
select book and makes us number one so
15:14
we just took that as the first first
15:17
piece of our campaign and the important
15:19
part there is really don’t send people
15:20
to Amazon to download your book make you
15:24
you know a best-seller and then on the
15:26
back end try in the kindle book have
15:28
lead magnets in there that you get them
15:30
on your list in our case we did the
15:32
worst thing all the traffic went to our
15:34
opt-in page
15:36
okay get this free book opt-in and then
15:38
we had to email we had them tagged and
15:41
then on the second pace that’s when they
15:43
got the free book and this worked even
15:45
after the book came off Amazon kdp which
15:49
is free for five days so after that we
15:51
made it 99 cents and we told people hey
15:54
we didn’t say the book was free but you
15:56
know it’s only 99 cents and then people
15:58
just started buying the book at that
16:00
point oh that’s awesome so did you have
16:03
this book already written before you
16:05
went to these affiliates or was that it
16:08
was you know in the works and we had the
16:11
book written with a professional writer
16:13
so it was one of these things where they
16:16
got interviewed and so the idea was
16:18
really make this a physical book that
16:21
was printed as soft cover and then have
16:23
it released as as a kindle book for this
16:26
promotion and this book was really very
16:28
intentional you know this was the piece
16:30
to supposed to be the manifesto to brand
16:33
yourself in this space of all the
16:35
doctors this is the this is the piece of
16:38
content that everybody should read and
16:40
so now the book went bestseller in like
16:44
nine or ten categories in well overall
16:47
amazon probably number 17 among all
16:49
books I mean so there’s no doubt that
16:52
we’re now known in this space for being
16:55
the people to watch that is crazy so not
16:59
only do you so a byproduct is you become
17:02
a best-seller in multiple niches so I’m
17:05
yeah that’s pretty crazy and then again
17:08
as final heck as you already see what
17:10
the next thing is right turning this
17:11
launch funnel into an evergreen funnel
17:14
and having this physical book just like
17:16
rustled it having a free book flash
17:19
shipping and handling formal do the $37
17:22
audiobook bump have you no one click
17:25
upsell to bump the cart value so I mean
17:28
all of this is coming downstream and our
17:30
goal is really to get this book in every
17:32
doctor’s hand in America so we have ways
17:36
to go but you know now it’s about
17:38
convert regular doctors into our way of
17:41
thinking that is great so from the front
17:45
and now you’ve got b2b businesses who
17:48
typically never ever promote
17:49
as an affiliate now they’re promoting
17:51
for you and the byproduct of their
17:54
promotion is you now make this book a
17:56
best-seller you now have over 65,000
17:59
health practitioners who are now in your
18:02
funnel and are pixeled in multiple
18:04
different ways through facebook you then
18:06
are so what’s the what is the next king
18:09
as far as how do we go from plc 12 what
18:12
where they happen is exactly so in the
18:17
Jeff Walker terminology obviously plc
18:19
one the pre-launch content one is about
18:21
establishing the opportunity and shift
18:23
their thinking and so the book was about
18:25
that the next piece in the in this is
18:28
supposed to be the nuts and bolts
18:30
telling people how does it really work
18:32
and so for that what we did we developed
18:35
a calculator where practitioners could
18:37
figure out how much money they would
18:38
lose every year by not being more
18:41
efficient you know because date a few k
18:43
patients one-on-one because they don’t
18:46
use all the technologies that are out
18:48
there for appointment scheduling because
18:50
they’re just not organized right and so
18:53
this calculator was designed to really
18:55
show them look you’re losing every year
18:58
three hundred fifty thousand dollars
18:59
which then obviously in the sales part
19:01
of the finance like do you wanna
19:03
shouldn’t you spend three thousand
19:04
dollars to capture an additional three
19:06
hundred fifty thousand dollars so we
19:08
embedded that as plc two and then the
19:12
third piece is in the plc is obviously
19:14
the case study so we had the interview
19:16
with one of the heroes in the book and
19:19
somebody that was a regular doctor that
19:22
saw twenty patients a day 7 minutes per
19:24
patient that made to transition in
19:26
networks three days a week you know goes
19:29
home at five p.m. every day to to play
19:31
with his kids and you know had an
19:33
interview with him it’s like okay what
19:35
did it actually take for you to do you
19:37
know what were the obstacles that you
19:38
ran into and how did you get around it
19:41
networks plc three and then that was the
19:44
end of the content face and then we
19:46
started the week end of webinar so so
19:49
that’s the next funnel that we stuck on
19:53
there sorry so for life webinars
19:59
saturday sunday where we essentially
20:01
built the bridge between
20:03
in the content and the opportunity which
20:06
is you know by our accelerator and get
20:08
the hand-holding and then that sort of
20:12
this is standard webinar funnel with
20:14
this standard lead in and then the
20:16
standard so follow up early bird
20:19
specials expired like three days later
20:22
and then we open the car to everyone
20:24
else and then the next weekend we
20:26
finished it up with a QVC style
20:29
hackathon few scenes of JJ virgins
20:33
launches you know with my Cunnings they
20:35
are on there for seven hours their stack
20:37
bonus after bonus they have guests on
20:39
there doesn’t really matter when you buy
20:41
this and so we had essentially that a
20:43
Q&A; where practitioners could call in
20:46
get on the show and then get their
20:48
questions answered by seven experts and
20:50
you know really talk nuts and bolts and
20:54
that that was really what the entire
20:57
campaign about was about it was like
20:59
sort of 21 days in total first first 10
21:03
days were just a Content face and then
21:05
12 days of of the sales portion of the
21:08
event any one of the things that it was
21:11
sort of a learning lesson this is the
21:13
universe of people that are not is not
21:15
used to internet marketing so they don’t
21:17
see it’s like oh this is plc one i know
21:19
the next video will drop two days later
21:21
hope your webinar so these people after
21:25
10 days they’re still talking about the
21:27
book it’s like wait a minute i want to
21:29
get the book you know what about the
21:31
book and so so we could see it in a chat
21:33
on facebook in the emails in the
21:36
facebook comments people want our paying
21:38
attention that didn’t realize that is
21:40
actually a product and so what we
21:42
realized is that our scheduling off the
21:44
launch was a little bit too fast for
21:47
them consuming contents that we had to
21:48
self adjust on the fly and then stuff
21:50
Taylor you know have a little bit longer
21:54
till and then we thought we would need
21:56
just to shift people from thinking about
21:58
the book and the opportunity to hey
22:00
there’s actually a product that you can
22:02
buy that is killer that is so cool so
22:08
I’m just amazed that I mean you guys
22:10
crushed this campaign I think it’s crazy
22:13
crazy crazy so as you as you take a look
22:16
back to add it right
22:17
some of things you learn from it
22:18
basically was obviously kind of
22:20
lengthening out the launch sequence what
22:22
are the types of things to be learned
22:23
from it I think so some very common
22:28
things that I think everybody would know
22:30
that has done a big launch you know for
22:32
one don’t forget to talk to your
22:34
merchant account team and make sure
22:35
they’re ready you know I didn’t know
22:39
this but I realized sit for four banks
22:42
and every transaction size is forty
22:44
dollars so forty dollars is of the bread
22:47
and butter of what they see if you pitch
22:49
something for 997 they already freaked
22:51
out so you know when you’re selling a
22:53
three-thousand-dollar product they are
22:55
in super uncomfortable territory I mean
22:58
you may be so doing with your business
22:59
irregular so volume but you know once
23:03
you get to three thousand dollar
23:04
products and he do a launch they’re just
23:06
in freak out mode so you know we talked
23:08
to our team probably over a month before
23:10
and really heads off the person on speed
23:13
dial that is actually making the
23:14
decision on you know approving and you
23:18
know all this stuff is that was just
23:21
very key to to get it in place other
23:24
things I guess you know you think
23:26
there’s so much webinar software out
23:28
there but when you get to a webinar with
23:30
2,000 attendees you know you really need
23:34
your own dedicated server and that’s
23:36
something we learned probably 18 months
23:38
ago when we did another launch so we had
23:40
everything on amazon cloud service to
23:43
make sure that went off without a hitch
23:45
and i think as the this of the last
23:48
thing the last takeaway is really what
23:50
you said is channeling and pacing your
23:53
audience’s attention is so important i
23:55
mean i think in hindsight we could have
23:58
probably gotten away with just plc one
24:00
the book and then pivoted straight into
24:02
you know the sales webinar and talk
24:04
about the product I guess we could have
24:07
probably skipped over the middle part
24:09
and really used the audience’s attention
24:11
to to focus on the solution that’s
24:15
awesome stuff but tell me I know as far
24:17
as the actual dollars and cents that
24:19
wasn’t so anyone disclose right now but
24:21
as far as conversion numbers you share
24:23
some of the conversion numbers through
24:24
the funnel yeah I mean as assets of the
24:27
opt-in on the initial
24:30
opt in the PLC one we had seventy two
24:33
percent the calculator didn’t perform as
24:36
well I was like high 20s and then the
24:40
case study was again back in the 50s so
24:43
you know we tagged everyone at every
24:46
level and then I’ve see checkout page
24:50
conversion I can talk about that so 25.4
24:54
percent of the people that went to the
24:56
checkout page purchased that’s a crazy
25:00
convert Hemi I mean that is super proud
25:03
and I think it was because we did so so
25:06
invest so much into the education and
25:09
the upfront value that people really
25:12
understood this is a you know a product
25:14
that isn’t even on a mark there’s
25:15
nothing else like it on the market and
25:18
so you know we got a lot of endorsements
25:20
from our affiliates for instance the the
25:22
body that certifies all the integrative
25:25
functional medicine practitioners they
25:29
have never recommended anything and this
25:31
was the first and only practice
25:32
management training program that was
25:35
fully vetted and endorsed by them so
25:37
again so alongside with the becoming
25:41
number one on the book cites we got a
25:44
lot of brand equity out of this and so I
25:46
think all of this really factored into
25:49
the high conversion rate on the back end
25:51
that’s very cool so where’d you guys
25:53
gonna go from here now we’re doing right
25:56
now something similar that Ryan
25:58
lévêque had done in his launch so you
26:00
know offering a mastermind on the back
26:02
end to those that have gone into the
26:03
program so that’s coming next year with
26:06
of an immersion style workshop there’s
26:10
obviously additional products that we
26:11
knew ahead of time that practitioner
26:14
need as well that we are creating right
26:17
now and you know selling them into those
26:20
that have purchased as well as new
26:22
making everything evergreen I think
26:25
selling to lawyers and doctors is
26:27
probably one of the hardest things you
26:29
can do in you know online marketing and
26:32
so I think this funnel will do a lot
26:34
better in an evergreen mode where
26:37
everybody stuff can go through that at
26:38
their own pace and whenever they they
26:40
need it so we’re super pumped about
26:44
this and above all it’s all building
26:47
community I mean that was where we
26:48
started saying that you know it’s all
26:51
about the ecosystem and making the
26:52
ecosystem better and bigger and in
26:55
serving the people that are in the
26:56
ecosystem and so we take that
26:58
responsibility a super serious we’ve
27:02
created a series of meetups around the
27:04
country so part of what we’re doing is
27:06
we have a monthly web show the
27:08
functional form that airs every first
27:10
monday of the month and live stream from
27:13
one location so we’re moving around the
27:15
country and usually we have like about
27:17
200 people show up life we have a live
27:20
stream with like four or five camera
27:22
professionally produced and that is of
27:24
the way how we serve the ecosystem
27:26
creating that that event every month to
27:29
also create content and so what we did
27:32
is really too how do you get to the
27:34
practitioners that are not online they
27:36
don’t even know about you so the idea is
27:38
why don’t we create local meetups where
27:40
people come together in communities
27:42
across America and watch our monthly
27:44
show so we provide the content it’s like
27:47
a TV show that come together like
27:48
watching Super Bowl or or football and
27:51
you know discuss the things and you know
27:53
they’re all encouraged hey bring your
27:55
friends that should be here and so we’re
27:57
we have right now about hundred meetups
27:59
around the world and that is of like the
28:02
ecosystem that we’re really strongly
28:03
looking at in 2017 to grow wow really
28:08
that is a crazy cool concept I know
28:10
obviously culture is one of the big
28:13
opportunities that we spend a lot of
28:15
time studying and trying to incorporate
28:17
an in doctrine into our own business as
28:20
well help me understand a little bit
28:21
more as far as as your me tips so you’re
28:24
live streaming them from one location
28:25
and it’s typically about hour hour and a
28:29
half is that what you yeah oh and a half
28:30
so the format is three keynote speakers
28:34
each about 15-20 minutes and then a
28:36
panel discussion with the three keynote
28:38
speakers and maybe one or two extra
28:40
guess you know people meet up like an
28:44
hour to be forgiven mingle we actually
28:49
have so like a booth where people can
28:51
sort of give their one minute tip and a
28:53
soundbite and that becomes then
28:55
something where the community
28:57
can help shape the direction of where
29:00
where the whole ecosystem is going so we
29:03
really actively try to get people to
29:05
participate and have their voice heard
29:07
and so then gets live streams typically
29:11
the first week we get about 10,000 views
29:13
for each show you know a lot of people
29:16
either watch from home or you know as I
29:19
said go to these meetups and you know
29:22
for 2017 the idea is really how can we
29:25
empower the media posts to you know mark
29:29
it better and so if you think about
29:31
technology that’s out there it’s like
29:33
you know what if we had you know a show
29:36
about cardiac health well we should
29:38
probably tell all the hosts like here’s
29:41
the 50 practitioners in your zip code
29:44
that should be at this event give them a
29:46
list and task them to you know call up
29:50
and fill the event with with the right
29:52
decision makers that’s a great idea
29:55
that’s a great early so as far as the
29:57
meetup host is there anything in it for
29:58
them a lot of them the the real benefit
30:04
for them is they becomes leader in their
30:05
community because they are the hosting
30:07
their deity MC of the event now they
30:10
have sort of like a whole universe of
30:12
other practitioners did think that they
30:14
you know they’re the figurehead of that
30:16
community and that is helping their own
30:18
practice because now they get referrals
30:20
from patients nosov collaborations that
30:22
are coming up this is you know really
30:25
empowering them to to maximize their
30:28
local marketing and be seen as the
30:31
influential person there and so I think
30:34
that’s that’s really the beauty of it
30:35
that a lot of these practitioners as I
30:38
said they’re they’re healers they’re
30:39
really want to do good in the world so
30:41
if we just helped them build more
30:44
awareness in their community and help
30:46
them become known as experts then you
30:49
know it’s a win-win that’s a great idea
30:51
I love that in other words you know for
30:55
from our perspective we want to make it
30:56
easy on these meetup hosts to organize
31:01
it so we will handle the RSVP process
31:04
for them so our people registering for
31:08
dat than on meet up or they register on
31:10
your site
31:11
well we provide essentially the inside
31:13
tire meet up infrastructure so every
31:15
person that registers now becomes part
31:18
of our list that’s awesome very cool
31:21
Louie you’re amazing man I love talking
31:23

32:27
conjunction with a CRM that they bring
32:29
