00:23
good spin then Fisher any welcome bud ok
00:27
Dave thanks for having me bud I am so
00:29
excited to have you on this is still one
00:30
of those things I’ve known Betty for
00:32
years now and he had Russell go back
00:33
even further than he and I view but it’s
00:35
been really cool just we both acts kind
00:38
of runs ass companies right now and it’s
00:40
a lot of fun as far as comparing notes
00:42
of things we’ve met at the genius
00:43
Network a couple of different times down
00:45
with Jill polish and his group and it’s
00:47
just amazing to see the stuff that then
00:49
he’s doing and we’re going to talk about
00:50
full bunch of that kind of stuff but
00:51
anything real quick baby you want to
00:53
jump in and say hi here before we just
00:55
dive in hey you know as first off thanks
00:58
something we love your whole community
01:00
and where we are a funnel hacker right
01:03
so we love how does this about the
01:07
funnel hacking environment so you know I
01:09
like you said I run a large organization
01:11
on the CEO and founder of fully
01:13
accountable and you know they’re we’re
01:15
dealing with this stuff every day but
01:16
you know we’re just excited to be giving
01:18
back and talking out loud about things
01:22
that are going to help the hacking
01:23
community we’re excited to be here I’m
01:25
so excited you know it’s one of the
01:27
things again Vinny’s companies called
01:29
fully accountable and we were talking
01:31
about some of the things I always want
01:33
to find out before hands to kind of get
01:34
going over what was like Oscar audience
01:36
and more things he talked about was his
01:38
book called CEO mindset and I think it’s
01:40
just up I really want you guys to dive
01:42
in this risk got a few minutes guys
01:43
talking about the CEO mindset how it
01:45
works and why it’s so important because
01:47
every single person is listen to this is
01:48
a CEO of their own business and I want
01:51
to make sure that you guys understand
01:52
it’s a different mindset than what you
01:54
may have been accustomed to if you came
01:56
from a w-2 employee mentality or even if
01:58
you’re self-employed and you consider
02:00
yourself this is kind of a mom-and-pop
02:01
captain shop so if you don’t mind let’s
02:03
kind of dive in and talk about what’s it
02:05
what is a CEO mindset what how’s it
02:07
working life so important yeah so gave
02:10
you know I a gift all of your listeners
02:13
I
02:13
actually going to give a free copy of
02:15
that out and so we have a link we’ll
02:17
talk about that more later but the name
02:18
of the book I wrote is called the CEOs
02:20
mindset and so the whole idea and the
02:25
reason I mean the book after the most
02:27
important piece of it is this holistic
02:29
attitudes of running a business now your
02:32
company is bigger than just your offer
02:34
your idea there’s so many moving parts
02:36
of Latin right if your mind isn’t
02:39
captured around that as a CEO of your
02:42
operation whether you’re one man 10
02:44
people or 20 then you’re really going to
02:47
have an almost impossible time of
02:49
growing that enterprise and so what I
02:52
encourage people to think about is this
02:53
having this adopt or renew your mind and
02:56
having a mindset of an entire ecosystem
03:00
of your business not just a good offer
03:03
love that so what are some other things
03:05
as I mean did you ran a whole bunch of
03:09
different sized companies I’m in from
03:10
small companies to huge companies and
03:12
you can spend a lot of time focusing in
03:14
on really that mindset because it’s
03:16
really critical I I know you have the
03:18
ups and downs of all of us that have had
03:19
has been an entrepreneur so how do you
03:21
what are some of the tips and tricks
03:23
that you’ve done to really control that
03:24
mindset to be able to guess it I mean
03:26
you guys are absolutely crushing it out
03:28
there was fully accountable right now so
03:30
how do you do it yeah you know you know
03:34
I had a really large hosting company
03:36
when you and I first met and at one
03:39
point I was taking in almost 22,000 sign
03:42
up today we were on the top 10 list and
03:45
you know we really badly with godaddy
03:48
for sales we were having a blast and
03:50
during that time you know I had almost
03:53
300 employees and just a ridiculously
03:56
large organization and I and I was
04:00
thankful for and blessed and I remember
04:02
during starting that part of my journey
04:04
that was probably the largest operation
04:07
I had when it’s when you factor in
04:08
people and in moving parts and I as a
04:12
marketer I was always in a hurry to be
04:14
in a hurry and I started to learn maybe
04:17
I should be in a hurry to not be in such
04:19
a hurry and I started me down the
04:21
journey of of you know I just love
04:24
creating things and it was my best
04:26
talent in
04:27
turn in sometimes my worst enemy and so
04:30
the advice I like to get to CEOs at
04:32
whatever level they’re at is is one of
04:34
simplicity in focus and so for me
04:38
because I’m how that plays out days
04:39
since I like to create new things all
04:41
the time I had to develop this mindset
04:44
that the things I’ve created my
04:46
companies that aren’t working I used to
04:48
just go gray to create a whole new
04:49
company and now I treat the parts of my
04:52
business that are either not working or
04:55
need to be developed or or are
04:57
underdeveloped and they’re not going
04:58
away I wanted I treat those things like
05:01
a new company so I’m staying focused in
05:05
our company in what we’re doing so the
05:08
reason why fully accountable is on a
05:10
hockey stick of growth is because I’m
05:12
dialing in all my energy to address
05:15
those items in our business and our CLL
05:18
Rachel will bring to me an item knowing
05:21
that I’ll have the mindset of looking
05:23
that is like a new initiative even
05:25
though it’s something I have to fix and
05:26
so because of that because of having
05:29
that simplicity of seeing you know I
05:31
think the guys from essentialism and one
05:33
thing talk about this kind of stuff when
05:35
you dial into just working on one thing
05:39
everything else starts to get a heck of
05:41
a lot easier right click funnels if your
05:44
job is to make sure you get a hacker and
05:46
keep a hacker everything else gets a lot
05:48
easier right absolutely and so I think I
05:53
don’t know if hackers the thing but I
05:54
like that now we’ll write a book get a
05:56
half but that’s my thing like right so
05:59
my good friend frank kern i talked about
06:00
this his membership site is get a member
06:03
keep a member way and it for artists go
06:06
ahead and help the user and keeper user
06:09
and so work with a CEO can stay and
06:13
start removing distractions right
06:16
because the thing about the community is
06:18
on the on the line with us today is
06:20
we’re all ridiculously clever whatever
06:22
it is we do and so there’s abundant
06:25
opportunities for that guy or girl all
06:27
types and so I’ve learned that the major
06:29
key for my success is getting rid of all
06:32
the things I shouldn’t be saying yes to
06:34
you know I asked the devil’s
06:36
conversation my wife just the other day
06:37
I spent a ton of time most recently that
06:40
hiring a bunch of coaches and
06:41
consultants really trying to help me
06:43
focus again I come from being a
06:46
solopreneur type of thing even though
06:48
I’m running all the bellman
06:49
opportunities here quick funnel minutes
06:51
10 days today you do you see all these
06:53
shiny objects oh my gosh now be so cool
06:55
oh that’s really neat over there and as
06:57
I’ve spoken to Russell about this a ton
06:58
the success for us at clickfunnels came
07:02
when he basically shut down absolutely
07:05
everything everything else and again
07:06
ripples ran a ton of very success as you
07:10
don’t I need for fisheries we were in
07:11
some reason we’re each other’s affiliate
07:13
back in the day so I don’t remember
07:15
exactly yeah so it’s more lessons where
07:18
you sit back and you know what at times
07:21
as hard as it is you have to you have to
07:24
get really good at saying no and you
07:27
have to be able to say no to things that
07:28
are going to take you away from your
07:30
primary focus and by doing that we’ve
07:32
seen tremendous growth again we started
07:34
we’ve done basically we’ve tripled last
07:37
year we’re on scales triple again this
07:38
year but it’s only because we’ve been
07:40
able to focus and I think you know one
07:42
of these they just such an amazing job
07:44
at over all these years is being able to
07:47
have a ton of brilliant ideas coming in
07:50
but being able to organize those and
07:51
quantify them real quick and then say
07:53
yes and notes those types of things so
07:55
then if you don’t mind how can you give
07:58
some tips and tricks to maybe some of
07:59
these solar preneur zor people who
08:00
aren’t at again we’re actually you have
08:03
this big funnel hackathon here in boise
08:06
and what I things we’re talking about is
08:07
the sole epiphany story and it’s hard
08:10
once you’ve kind of gone up the mountain
08:11
to remember how it was when you weren’t
08:14
there and if you don’t mind kind of
08:16
taking a step back then it’s kind of how
08:18
was when you were the sole preneur
08:19
you’re trying to decide you know how
08:21
you’re going to build all these things
08:22
how do you stay focused in getting the
08:24
same time to take advantage of the
08:25
opportunities that are out there you
08:27
know it’s funny is i literally just had
08:29
this conversation yesterday day and I
08:30
seem like I talked about it a lot but
08:32
you know in all fairness to depending on
08:34
where you are in the growth of your
08:36
business you know when you’re at that
08:37
meet your basic needs level and I don’t
08:40
mean like able to pay for your car I’ll
08:43
start with the basic needs of the
08:44
company right even something a little
08:46
more than just the basic needs to eat
08:48
but those could be the same for a lot of
08:50
people but well you’re when you’re
08:52
that stage of growing your business
08:53
everything looks like an opportunity
08:56
right because you don’t want to that you
08:58
don’t want to let revenue go because you
08:59
have this need to grow up and what I say
09:02
for that part of our crowd listening is
09:04
you got to know and have the maturity to
09:07
recognize your in that phase because you
09:09
might be saying yes to things that you
09:11
would never say yes to 18 months from
09:14
now and so there’s got to be either this
09:16
understanding in your mind that you’re
09:18
willing to find the hard way of getting
09:21
out of what you’ve said yes to which i
09:22
think is the harder way to get there or
09:24
go without and do everything you can to
09:27
resist it because you’re going to have
09:29
to deal with it at some point in the
09:31
maturing ecosystem of your business and
09:33
unfortunately what I’ve seen when I look
09:35
back at my own career as I said yes
09:37
during the need to eat stage and it held
09:40
back my ability to grow at this speed
09:43
and scale i wanted to because i had to
09:45
deal with the distraction of the stuff i
09:47
shouldn’t’ve been doing in the first
09:48
place it’s such great advice yeah yeah
09:53
and so I just I i I’m respectful the
09:56
fact of you know more than more than
09:58
seventy percent of the world’s in the
10:00
our world has a service-based business
10:03
doing something for somebody’s right you
10:04
guys have offered a wonderful funnel
10:07
system that allows you know your
10:09
certified partner program to go offer
10:11
your software as their leading tool to a
10:14
client right and so I want to be really
10:17
respectful though service guys that
10:18
don’t have a lot of clients but when I
10:20
would incur t you know him or her dad
10:22
errors when he is looking at that is to
10:24
really be respectful of the fact that
10:26
what you might be saying yes to today is
10:29
going to come back and haunt you when
10:31
you grow exactly what you want 18 months
10:33
now and if you’re really really number
10:35
to add that mature of a discussion can
10:37
maybe should have the next discussion
10:38
and why do in the first place that’s
10:41
great advice crazy nice well Betty tell
10:43
me you know like I’m always so
10:45
impressive is we get together your
10:47
companies have grown like crazy and I
10:49
think it’s really cool you’ve got such
10:52
amazing different skill sets and you’ve
10:54
grown multiple companies to seven eight
10:57
figures so if you don’t mind tell us as
10:59
far as you know some of the business
11:00
success principles and things that you
11:02
find what really works when you’re
11:04
trying to scale a company
11:05
you know what’s funny is one of the
11:07
things I love and I didn’t even realize
11:09
this is a spoon you know because i have
11:11
said some amazing propensity to build
11:14
stuff like I just doesn’t mean I’m good
11:15
at I just can’t help myself haha because
11:20
I have that you know a few things is you
11:22
know I something I tell my children are
11:24
all the time it’s just a model of mine I
11:25
don’t take no some someone who’s not
11:28
allowed to give me a yes and so that
11:31
tenacity in my life is what leads to me
11:33
building things and going faster than
11:35
the average Joe but you know I learned
11:39
something that’s important and as you’re
11:41
growing it is to separate your what’s
11:43
actually working from the thing you want
11:46
to try and so my old business partner
11:48
who is running a great organization over
11:50
the RV share which is a peer-to-peer RV
11:53
rental company just talking about the
11:55
survey the markanians doing something
11:58
very sort of you and I businesses and
11:59
that is separate your I guess countable
12:03
we have our software you can use that to
12:05
run your back office and so the actual
12:07
operating software has to be at its
12:10
current live iteration different than
12:13
the things I want to go test or iterate
12:15
to it and so in our marketing department
12:17
I always want to go try things but I
12:20
have to be kind of separated from other
12:23
parts of the team so I don’t disrupt our
12:25
company so you’ve as a micro level if
12:28
you’re like a guy or gal wearing that
12:30
hat you have to find a way to almost
12:33
operate like companies who have
12:35
divisions there’s the operating one and
12:37
then there’s a guesser or the marketer
12:39
who gets to go play and the mistake I
12:42
made early days that mix those two up
12:44
and I because when people ask a label to
12:47
grows because I’ve been able to in my
12:49
mind start with delineating between the
12:51
two and then put the wall in place and
12:53
separate them man that is a great great
12:56
skill set I hope people picked up on
12:59
that Vinny because if you can do that
13:01
and really have that separation that’s
13:04
how you can truly scale when you can
13:05
look at your company say this is where
13:06
i’m at right now and i have to keep this
13:08
moving at the same time if i don’t do
13:10
anything besides that i won’t be able to
13:12
grow as you didn’t have to go step
13:14
outside your business will say okay
13:15
what’s it really going to take for me to
13:17
get that next level one of the things I
13:19
ford to try how can I make this happen
13:21
so love love love that idea awesome
13:23
another thing I would add to that
13:25
depending in arc I know we’re catching
13:27
our crowd at all different levels you
13:29
know we’re all so quick to make a nice
13:31
living out of our business i would pay
13:33
myself first by the way it’s the title
13:35
of my newest book coming out and i
13:37
believe that this is our self paid
13:39
themselves quick enough and I think we
13:41
should pay ourselves first but i also
13:43
think we got to be very appropriate
13:45
about the fair salary were worth to our
13:48
own business and then consider
13:50
everything above that investing in real
13:52
stable growth in your business as
13:54
opposed to eating out every last dollar
13:56
math awesome advice i know that i’ve
13:59
seen that happen in so many businesses
14:01
where all of a sudden they start
14:03
crushing it and lifestyle becomes
14:05
exactly how much they’re bringing in and
14:07
they don’t set aside that amount of
14:09
money let alone for reserves that more
14:10
importantly they don’t set aside that
14:12
money really even to be able to grow
14:13
their business so i went very very cool
14:16
yes a lot of exercise nice little
14:19
companies and they’re never going to
14:20
grow outside that until they kind of
14:22
deal with this what i call like a fancy
14:24
lawyer torn because i’m a lawyer is they
14:26
don’t fire tricky don’t separate those
14:28
two things and and that just something
14:29
it’s just critical to next stage growth
14:31
no matter what size you’re at so Vinny
14:34
OSU let’s kind of focus in on that I
14:36
know obviously fully accountable and
14:38
your software things helps run I mean
14:41
this spreadsheets and stuff that did
14:43
your software creates and the numbers
14:45
the problem I think with a lot of small
14:47
business owners is we never really pay
14:48
attention to the actual numbers it’s
14:50
just a matter of how much cash did I
14:51
make and what how much can I spend so
14:54
what are some of the things that you
14:55
guys without going into a ton of detail
14:58
here what are some the main metrics that
14:59
a small business don’t need to be paying
15:01
attention to you know I’ll tell you and
15:04
really I don’t you have to give it a
15:05
detail about this you know I used to I’m
15:08
a Salesman are so the way I solve all
15:10
problems go get more sales right it’s
15:12
just now and a product developer the way
15:16
they think they solve problems they
15:17
create more products right means just
15:19
the nature of your talent set of who you
15:21
are the leader of your organization well
15:22
the thing that I think I used to say all
15:25
the time is some of us they are you
15:27
making any money i say i got more money
15:29
in the bank this month than i do last
15:30
month and that’s how i would have value
15:32
success and as we’ve matured along the
15:35
way the probably the most important
15:37
metric is this idea of profit margin
15:40
right what is the margin of profit
15:42
you’re making on the revenue that you
15:44
bring in and i’ll tell you the vast
15:46
majority of business owners have no idea
15:48
what that is and in a very simple
15:51
cocktail napkin sense if if if owners
15:53
would pay attention to that and then ask
15:56
a good question like where do I sit
15:58
against competitors who do what I do I
16:01
think that he or she would start
16:03
managing her numbers differently what I
16:06
mean by it is once you know some of
16:08
those baseline numbers it actually gets
16:10
very easy to grow a company because then
16:13
uses water the plants that should grow
16:15
when you pull out the weeds that don’t
16:16
belong oh man I my wife now actors are
16:21
we just bought a lot up here in boise
16:22
moved up here six months ago and so we
16:25
just bought a lot you’re sitting down
16:26
with the agent was that basically it
16:28
sold his business and has now become
16:30
real estate agent but he sold as he
16:32
owned a napa auto parts store and his
16:35
whole thing we went through this you
16:37
know conversation his profit margin was
16:39
four percent I’m like to how in the
16:43
world can you handle only a four percent
16:46
Margie goes well I have three company am
16:48
I oh I think even when he’s going to
16:50
sell with companies like yeah it’s
16:51
really hard to sell a company when you
16:52
only have a four percent margin because
16:55
I mean I just oh I love hear you talk
16:57
about that that’s a yeah so most of the
16:58
people that are probably listening to
17:00
the radio show today are some type of
17:02
hybrid model they use your software
17:04
along with a service and so most service
17:07
industries should run at a plus minus
17:09
thirty percent profit margin it’s just a
17:11
qualifier of a 3x on your labor it’s
17:14
kind of the standardization of a service
17:16
business and then when you look at
17:18
certain specialties or micro niche
17:20
businesses it starts to go down or up
17:21
depending on what we’re talking about
17:23
and so the only businesses that at all
17:26
should run at that tight of a margin
17:28
that’s kind of five percent margin our
17:30
contractual businesses that are kind of
17:32
like government based like nursing homes
17:34
so they very thin margins but there they
17:36
guarantee that payment for ever replace
17:39
price next we’re going anywhere so they
17:41
can consistently build a model around
17:43
that everyone else who’s
17:44
something from their margin is actually
17:46
lying to themselves as they grow their
17:48
business I heard this great interview
17:50
from the founder of Legal Zoom who’s now
17:53
like the co-founder of the honest
17:55
company and someone asked in the
17:57
question should small business owners be
17:59
focused on growth or prophet and his
18:03
answer was great he said unless you have
18:05
unlimited funding everyone should be
18:07
focused on profit first I love that yeah
18:12
oh I love that I gosh I think I get out
18:16
I’ll be get you’re listening I yes I
18:18
wish you understood the experience that
18:20
they need bringing to the table what an
18:21
honor is to have them here because I
18:23
mean that you grant some free crazy huge
18:26
companies and you also consult for me or
18:28
some very large companies as well and I
18:30
think guys if you understand the
18:31
importance of focus on profit first
18:33
paying yourself a realistic salary that
18:36
are painted whatever that might be but
18:38
then really focusing on that profit
18:40
margin then if you know my kind of
18:41
explain people how do you what how do
18:43
you define what profit margin really is
18:45
yeah so let’s start with the basic since
18:47
what’s left right and so from there that
18:50
lets just let’s make it real easy and
18:53
math if you have a thousand dollars in
18:55
revenue and you have a hundred bucks
18:59
left then you’ve made ten percent right
19:03
that simple right and so a typical
19:06
service business should have 300 plus of
19:09
that thousand left in order to be
19:12
structured correctly so the way to break
19:14
it down for you know funnel people let’s
19:17
just have fun when you’re in there you
19:19
come in the door and meal I always like
19:22
to make it easier math because it has
19:23
zeros you bring a thousand dollars in
19:25
the door you subtract what it costs to
19:28
pay facebook to acquire the traffic you
19:30
subtract out there the deliverable what
19:32
we call the cost of goods whether it’s a
19:34
physical product or digital products you
19:36
then subtract you know all your gold to
19:39
fun things we just your grad Valentine
19:40
like via bottled water in the office
19:42
what’s your rent electricity your fixed
19:45
expenses plus on your indirect what’s
19:47
your payroll and you’re left with a
19:49
number well that number is your profit
19:52
the division of that versus your gross
19:56
revenue is the percentage or
19:58
profit margin that you made off of your
20:00
gross revenue well that number is what
20:03
should control the world and if you run
20:04
it from that perspective up you suddenly
20:07
start looking at your cost of goods your
20:09
labor your cost to a choir a customer
20:12
which could be your CPA right all those
20:14
numbers you look at them way differently
20:17
because you’re managing from a kind of
20:18
net perspective up not just what’s left
20:21
I love that idea so guys understanding i
20:25
know you’ve got a ton of resources and
20:27
tools and stuff that you guys do are
20:28
fully accountable what are the things
20:30
that said because for a lot of I know
20:32
when I first got started in business I
20:34
really had no idea about all this number
20:36
stuff and I know some people are
20:37
listeners going oh my god say this is
20:38
supposed to be all about funnels and
20:39
then funnel hacking understanding guys
20:41
the whole reason I wanted Benny on this
20:43
video’s got a ton of experience
20:45
futterwacken and they built a huge
20:46
business but what he specialized in
20:48
right now is the ability to help small
20:50
business owners become that much more
20:52
profitable by being able to pay
20:54
attention to think that really matters
20:55
so then what are some of the things as
20:58
far as fully accountable that you guys
20:59
can offer provide to listeners of our
21:02
final answer radio community you know
21:04
Dave I just want one thing’s kind of
21:06
obvious that I when I am a marketer and
21:08
a hacker first and plus I’m a lawyer in
21:12
a tax lawyer second i own a software
21:16
company that offers a complete done for
21:18
you accounting solution I’m not an
21:20
accountant I have a whole bunch of them
21:21
on the team this business started
21:23
because I owned a large health company
21:27
with a large accounting department and I
21:28
literally had no idea on a real-time
21:32
basis what my acquisition cost work I
21:34
had no idea what it cost for me to
21:36
fulfill a bottle of pills I was
21:38
literally blind and I had those
21:40
professionals on my team and so one day
21:42
we just literally joke with my CFO said
21:45
I had enough we got to fix this and so
21:47
you can see the story of that it’s fully
21:49
accountable calm in our kind of about us
21:51
section and your exhibit that story
21:53
matters to you but what we’ve done Dave
21:55
is we’ve offered an affordable solution
21:57
all the way to we do it for you where we
22:00
just want you to be accessible in real
22:03
time the numbers of your business so
22:05
that you can make good decisions pretty
22:07
from free resources you just go on a
22:09
homepage go in the resource section
22:12
download whatever you want give it to
22:14
your accountant or bookkeeper we build a
22:15
software that specifically is a
22:19
bookkeeper Berg whether internal or
22:21
external to run this for you and our
22:24
goal is to take 10,000 companies and
22:27
help them double in size I think that is
22:29
so cool I think yeah I hope I would
22:32
understood what video is talking out
22:33
there that is one of the things you have
22:34
to understand is no matter what
22:35
businesses you’re in you first and
22:38
foremost are a marketer and it’s
22:39
probably why you’re listen so I don’t
22:40
have to radio is because but you know
22:43
we’ve joked around a lot and you’re to
22:44
see it our cuddle hacking live event
22:46
where we talked so much about the fact
22:48
you’re just one funnel away you’re one
22:50
funnel away from hitting it big or once
22:52
on the way from saving your marriage or
22:53
one funnel away from put your kids
22:55
through school whatever is you want to
22:57
do you’re one final way but that one’s
22:59
on a way you’ve got to become a great
23:01
marketer and i get i love the fact that
23:04
yes you’ve got a I mean pedigrees and
23:07
degrees all over the place as far as law
23:09
school and all that kind of stuff but
23:11
the most important thing is you’re a
23:12
marketer first and as a marketer video
23:15
you’ve done such a great job scars
23:16
building companies but most importantly
23:18
since you started that market or mindset
23:20
you’re able to convey at a very simple
23:23
easy easy manner to other people exactly
23:25
how these numbers workers I talked to
23:27
some these accountants it oh my gosh
23:28
just my eyes just start to roll the back
23:31
of my head to my car you sorry so what
23:33
we call it the crusties if we going to
23:36
crush on your ass don’t you like them
23:39
where we have to first undie or get rid
23:42
of this idea of the way they
23:45
traditionally provide a service and
23:46
he’ll look because if it can’t tell me
23:48
about it then we’re a lot of trouble
23:50
because the marketer who are all of my
23:52
friends and clients it’s impossible
23:54
right it’s like this thing is so you’re
23:58
spot on your you know I I say all the
24:01
time two things and I think just to
24:03
respond back earlier to like what’s
24:05
another thing I do her I wouldn’t say
24:07
this was always true I built businesses
24:09
early on just to make money but i’m a
24:13
little wise and a little smarter and I
24:15
look at the world I now like you guys
24:17
I’m building an impact and help people
24:20
and that looks like value as a result of
24:22
that I get paid for it and so I would
24:25
really
24:26
people as they’re growing up there
24:27
they’re funnels and it’s building out
24:29
there really cool offers you never ever
24:31
ever have a traffic problem you have an
24:34
offer problem and if your offer doesn’t
24:36
then correlate to something that’s
24:38
valuable your customers going to remind
24:40
you because they’re not going to come
24:40
back and the reason why people go to
24:43
funnels over and over and I’m one of
24:45
them who will not I think of reasons to
24:47
have more accounts not less is because
24:50
is so stinking good it does exactly what
24:53
it says it’s going to do and it solves
24:55
the problem for me and I don’t think a
24:56
lot of people when they start their
24:58
businesses even from a service component
25:00
whether they’re they’re actually a
25:02
certified hacker or whatever it is they
25:04
do I don’t think they think they are
25:06
thinking about the money they can make
25:07
you don’t think about how they have the
25:09
end in mind fixing a problem for
25:11
somebody else that’s pretty well baby I
25:14
know you said you were going to help us
25:15
provide some offer for listeners what is
25:18
that yeah yeah so we have a bunch of
25:21
gifts they can go to fully accountable
25:23
calm forward slash click funnels and
25:25
they’ll get access to that book we
25:28
mentioned my newest last my second book
25:31
it’s not my newest limbo is called the
25:32
CEOs mindset and we have a free copy
25:34
there for your listeners and the whole
25:37
community of hackers we also have a
25:39
bunch of free resources we decided to
25:41
give you the labor indicator which helps
25:44
to evaluate how to measure whether you
25:46
have too many are not enough employees
25:48
on the team which is the wasted expense
25:50
we see out there everyone has too much
25:52
payroll and then we gave you a whole
25:54
bunch of good other stuff that you’ll
25:55
enjoy their budget gaps awesome in
25:57
addition to that i really encourage you
25:59
go check out that what you gone to fully
26:02
accountable calm and forth left click
26:04
bottles and you’ve gotten the offer pay
26:06
attention to two been aged funnel itself
26:08
go through his funnel take a look at it
26:10
funnel Hackett it’s again a software
26:12
company but it’s a demo but there’s a
26:14
lot of stuff even though if you don’t
26:16
have a software company that you should
26:17
really focus on especially if you’re in
26:19
the done-for-you services then each
26:22
funnel is amazing so I highly recommend
26:23
kids go through its funnel hacking and
26:25
again take a look at the office and
26:27
stuff then any other party work now I
26:32
just think you guys rock and anything
26:33
can do to support are you looking
26:34
forward to seeing you soon and
26:37
